Induction Technology Explained
Using clever magnetic technology beneath a ceramic glass surface, an inductor creates a magnetic field when a pan with a suitable iron content (magnetic base) is placed on the hob surface. This magnetic reaction instantaneously starts the production of heat directly with the ferrous pan and not from the hob cooking zone, therefore leaving the hob surface cool enough to touch once the hot pan is removed from the cooking zone. De Dietrich Single Ovens
Offering a wide range of A class energy rated single cavity ovens, fan assisted offering perfect distribution of heat to speed cooking times whilst also offering digital controls adjusting temperature to the nearest degree and delivering precise cooking results, easy cleaning with lyceum non stick enamel coating or De Dietrich pioneering pyroclean. It was first introduced in 1982 and works by heating the oven to over 500 degrees therefore carbonising all cooking residue into ash. ICS (intelligent control system) is also exclusive to a range of De Dietrich single ovens offering fully automated cooking from 44 pre-programmed recipes.
